據(jù)管道新聞網(wǎng)7月17日消息稱，印度最大的煉油商印度石油公司（IOC）與阿聯(lián)酋阿布扎比天然氣液化有限公司(ADNOC LNG)和法國(guó)道達(dá)爾能源簽署了長(zhǎng)期液化天然氣進(jìn)口協(xié)議。

這兩項(xiàng)協(xié)議是在印度總理上周訪問(wèn)法國(guó)和阿聯(lián)酋期間簽署的。這家印度公司在兩份單獨(dú)的聲明中表示，根據(jù)這兩項(xiàng)協(xié)議，供應(yīng)將從2026年開(kāi)始。

這家印度公司表示，ADNOC LNG將在14年內(nèi)每年向IOC供應(yīng)高達(dá)120萬(wàn)噸的液化天然氣，并補(bǔ)充說(shuō)，印度與阿聯(lián)酋的貿(mào)易條約使其能夠進(jìn)口液化天然氣而無(wú)需支付2.5%的進(jìn)口稅。

這是印度公司首次與ADNOC簽署長(zhǎng)期液化天然氣進(jìn)口協(xié)議。

根據(jù)這份為期10年的協(xié)議，道達(dá)爾能源將每年向IOC供應(yīng)80萬(wàn)噸液化天然氣。道達(dá)爾能源將從其全球投資組合中向IOC供應(yīng)液化天然氣。

由于印度希望到2030年將天然氣在其能源結(jié)構(gòu)中的份額從目前的6.2%提高到15%，并正在花費(fèi)數(shù)十億美元來(lái)改善其天然氣基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，并正在尋找長(zhǎng)期液化天然氣進(jìn)口協(xié)議。

最近幾個(gè)月，亞洲液化天然氣進(jìn)口商簽署了一系列長(zhǎng)期協(xié)議，IOC的這些協(xié)議也是其中最新的一筆。今年6月，孟加拉國(guó)國(guó)有的孟加拉國(guó)國(guó)家石油公司與OQ Trading(前身為阿曼國(guó)際貿(mào)易公司)簽署了一份為期10年的液化天然氣供應(yīng)合同，并與卡塔爾能源公司簽署了一份為期15年的供應(yīng)協(xié)議，從2026年開(kāi)始。

與此同時(shí)，消息人士告訴路透，泰國(guó)國(guó)有控股的PTT正與卡塔爾就一項(xiàng)為期15年的液化天然氣協(xié)議進(jìn)行深入談判，協(xié)議內(nèi)容為卡塔爾每年供應(yīng)100萬(wàn)至200萬(wàn)噸給PTT。

Indian Oil Signs Long Term LNG import Deals with ADNOC LNG, TotalEnergies

Indian Oil Corp., the country's top refiner, has signed long-term LNG import deals with United Arab Emirates' s Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Co. Ltd. (ADNOC LNG) and France's TotalEnergies.

The two deals were signed during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Visit to France and UAE last week. Supplies under the two deals would commence from 2026, the Indian company said in two separate statements.

ADNOC LNG would supply up to 1.2 million metric tonnes per year (tpy) of LNG to IOC for 14 years, the Indian company said, adding India's trade treaty with UAE enable it to import LNG without paying a 2.5% import tax.

This is the first time that an Indian company has signed a long-term LNG import deal with ADNOC.

TotalEnergies would supply 0.8 million tpy LNG to IOC under the 10-year deal, it said. TotalEnergies would supply LNG to IOC from its global portfolio.

India companies are spending billions of dollars to boost their gas infrastructure and are scouting for long term LNG imports deals as the nation wants to raise the share of gas in its energy mix to 15% by 2030 from 6.2% currently.

IOC's signings are also the latest in a slew of term deals signed by Asian LNG importers in recent months. In June, Bangladesh's state-owned Petrobangla signed a 10-year contract to receive LNG supplies from OQ Trading, formerly known as Oman Trading International, and a 15-year supply deal with QatarEnergy, starting 2026.

Meanwhile, Thailand's state-controlled PTT is in advanced talks with Qatar for a 15-year LNG deal for supplies of 1 or 2 million tonnes per annum, sources told Reuters.
