據(jù)油氣新聞7月20日消息稱，俄羅斯副總理亞歷山大·諾瓦克表示，由于歐佩克+主要產(chǎn)油國(guó)達(dá)成的增加總產(chǎn)量的新協(xié)議，俄羅斯將在下半年提高石油產(chǎn)量。

　　諾瓦克表示，俄羅斯將從今年8月開(kāi)始以每月10萬(wàn)桶/天的速度增加石油產(chǎn)量，并在2022年5月達(dá)到疫情前的產(chǎn)量水平。

　　他說(shuō)，俄羅斯今年和明年還將生產(chǎn)約2100萬(wàn)噸石油。

　　他還告訴Rossiya 24 電視臺(tái)，由于與平均油價(jià)為每桶60 美元的新協(xié)議，該國(guó)的預(yù)算將額外增加4000 億盧布（54 億美元）。

　　Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said that Russia will raise its oil output in the second half of the year thanks to the new deal agreed by the OPEC+ group of leading oil producing countries to increase their total production.

　　Novak said Russia will start increasing oil output monthly by 100,000 barrels per day from this August and reach pre-crisis level of production in May 2022.

　　Russia would additionally produce some 21 million tonnes of oil this and next year, he said.

　　He also told Rossiya 24 TV station that the country’s budget would get an additional 400 billion roubles ($5.4 billion) thanks to the new deal with an average oil price of $60 per barrel.
