　　沙特阿美海外阿塞拜疆公司成立于2018年3月2日，公司注冊資本為10000歐元。

　　該公司經營的領域是石油和天然氣的生產、精煉和相關服務，它的成立也是為了在阿塞拜疆和中亞地區的綜合能源和化學品業務部門尋找合作機會。
