???? 據(jù)世界天然氣網(wǎng)站3月8日消息 全球下游天然氣和液化天然氣物流公司AG&P已獲準(zhǔn)繼續(xù)開發(fā)菲律賓液化天然氣項(xiàng)目。

????菲律賓能源部（DOE）已向該公司發(fā)出通知，要求該公司著手開發(fā)位于呂宋島主島巴坦加斯灣的液化天然氣進(jìn)口和再氣化終端。

????PLNG將向電廠、工商用戶和其他用戶儲(chǔ)存和輸送液化天然氣，為國(guó)家開啟清潔、高效燃料的新時(shí)代。

????PLNG的初始產(chǎn)能將達(dá)到300萬(wàn)噸/年的再氣化液化天然氣，并具有額外的液體分配能力，該項(xiàng)目還將具有4.2億標(biāo)準(zhǔn)立方英尺/天的可擴(kuò)展陸上再氣化能力和近20萬(wàn)立方米的儲(chǔ)存量。

????AG&P已經(jīng)完成了PLNG的前期開發(fā)工作，預(yù)計(jì)將于2022年夏天投產(chǎn)。

????作為第一步，PLNG將啟動(dòng)該國(guó)的液化天然氣進(jìn)口和再氣化能力，輸送天然氣以確保該地區(qū)當(dāng)前和未來的能源需求。

????AG&P given green light to build Philippines LNG plant

????Global downstream gas and LNG logistics company Atlantic Gulf & Pacific (AG&P), has been cleared to proceed with the development of the Philippines LNG project.

????The company has been issued a notice to proceed by the Philippines’ Department of Energy (DOE) for the development of its LNG import and regasification terminal in Batangas Bay on the main island of Luzon.

????PLNG will store and dispatch LNG to power plants, industrial and commercial customers and other consumers, opening up for the country a new era of clean, efficient fuel.

????PLNG will have the initial capacity to deliver up to 3.0 mtpa of regasified LNG, with additional capacity for liquid distribution. The project will also have a scalable onshore regasification capacity of 420 mmscfd and almost 200,000-cbm of storage.

????AG&P has already completed its pre-development work for PLNG, which is expected to be commissioned by summer 2022.

????As an initial step, PLNG will serve to kick-start the country’s LNG importation and regasification ability, delivering gas to secure the current and future energy demand of the region.
